Marina Cape (www.marinacape.com) is a private 4 star resort in Aheloy, Bulgaria.

It comprises of 700 front line apartments in a complex with two pools (including swim-up pool bar), spa and leisure complex, 3 restaurants, private marina (where owners of apartments can moor their boat for free!) 24 hours/365 security, shops, bowling, childrens centre...the list goes on.

It has a plasma tv on the wall, high spec gloss black kitchen and breakfast bar, custom made corner sofa/sofa bed, bar stools and balcony furniture.

I have owned the apartment since October 2007 and have been there 4 times since for holidays, hence the reason to sell! I have not chosen to rent it out so it is like new inside. If required the resort will organise the renting out if the new owners want to.

It is located 15 minutes from the Airport so is a perfect place for a quick getaway that you can leave with the peace and mind that it will be securely looked after. I am open to offers around the £40k mark, and will consider a part exchange for a boat or car of similar value.
